I guess this is going to fall under how you want the boot to fit. I'm a 9.5 in Nike/Jordans, 10 in Yeezy, 9 in dress shoes. I initially went with a 9 and thought I'd be fine, toes had a to of room to move but I knew the more I wear these the more the leather was going to stretch and at some point it's just going to feel floppy. If you like your toes to have a ton of room because you got fat feet and long toes, go with half a size down. If you like you toes to sit snug, go a whole size down. I don't understand how people order the same size they wear in sneakers and it still fits. For reference I'm 5'9, 200lbs. Athletic build, feet have a high arch.

For the price the quality is decent! I wore them three or four times so far! Nice not bad for the price! Kinda tight on first walk but gets better after second or third time of wear!

Have I had better boots? Yes but any that were better were 2-3 times the price, would definitely purchase again

I ride a motorcycle almost everyday so i was concerned that they wouldn't hold up after shifting with my foot for long. After a few months, they still look great. Some minor scuffing but that's to be expected after riding a motorcycle. Very comfortable. And i have rode in the rain with them - still no complaints. I don't wear these everyday but i'm impressed for the budget price.
